Hey there, I'm Amanda.

I help parents of autism level 1/ADHD kids feel validated — even when the outside world constantly minimizes their experience.

Let’s stop second-guessing and feeling alone so you can feel seen and supported when your child is labeled “not autistic enough.”

Let’s be honest: you don’t want to just survive.
You want support and validation from someone who gets it.

Someone who also knows how much you struggle — when teachers, doctors, and well-meaning family members insist that you can just try harder and things will get better.

You’re doing the research. Reading the articles. Trying the strategies.
And somehow, the more you try, the less progress you seem to make.

One “expert” says one thing.
Another says the opposite.
And meanwhile, you’re drowning in shame and constantly thinking, Tomorrow I’ll do better.

The constant second-guessing wears you down.

You’re exhausted from advocating, explaining, and carrying concerns that no one else seems to see. And you’re starting to feel like there’s no place you fully belong — not in general parenting spaces, and not in higher-needs autism spaces either.

That in-between can feel incredibly isolating.

Here’s where I come in — Starbucks latte almost always in hand, Birkenstocks on, and zero interest in sugarcoating this journey or pretending it’s easy.

Take a breath.
You’re not imagining it.
And you don’t have to figure this out alone.

How can I support you?
